Our extensive onnet fiber network in Singapore supports mission critical services, including datacenter interconnection, backhaul from key cable landing stations, and interconnectivity to carriers Points of Presence (PoPs) and enterprises buildings. A cornerstone of our success lies in our comprehensive in-house capabilities.

BlueTel owns and operates its extensive, carrier-grade network infrastructure, encompassing over 120+ km of trenches across Singapore, including last-mile end-users' network connectivity. Our team of trained and experienced engineers specializes in all facets of network and Outside Plant (OSP) operations, which includes design, permitting, build, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Our in-house resources i.e. dedicated route inspection team, company owned equipment, company owned vehicles, and a 24x7x365 helpdesk - allowing us to deliver end-to-end solutions with efficiency and reliability. By eliminating reliance on third-party contractors, we ensure the highest standards of quality, precision, and accountability in maintaining the customer's network and BlueTel's own network.

BlueTel adopts a proactive approach to maintaining network integrity. Our dedicated Route Inspection team conducts regular checks (Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday) of infrastructure, including manhole covers and ground surfaces, to quickly identify and resolve potential issues. This consistent oversight minimizes risks from unauthorized works and safeguards the reliability of our network.
